Comprehensive Guidelines

These rules ensure fair treatment, transparency, and sustainable operations for all WIRSA members.

Registration Rules
  • Membership registration is mandatory for all.
  • You must provide accurate information. False details will lead to immediate termination.
  • A valid Indian ID is required (Aadhar, Voter ID, or Passport).
  • The minimum age for membership is 18 years.
  • Membership is exclusively for the Muslim community.
Payment & Financial Rules
  • The annual fee is ₹182, non-refundable after 24 hours.
  • The fee must be paid within 72 hours of application verification.
  • Contribution to the Beneficiary Fund is mandatory for all active members.
  • Missing three Beneficiary Fund contributions will result in membership cancellation.
  • For voluntary cancellations, a ₹50 processing fee is deducted from the refund.
Lock-in Period Rules
  • A 6-month (180-day) lock-in period applies to all new members.
  • No scheme benefits can be claimed during this lock-in period.
  • If a member passes away during this period, their nominees are not eligible for funds.
  • The lock-in period resets upon re-registration after a cancellation.
Scheme-Specific Rules
  • Marriage Fund: For a maximum of two daughters per family.
  • Marriage Fund: A one-year gap is required between applications for two daughters.
  • Marriage Fund: Limited to 51 applications per session on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Marriage Fund: The daughter and her parents must all be registered members.
  • Beneficiary Fund: The deceased member must have completed the 6-month lock-in period.
  • Pilgrimage: 8 members are selected annually via a transparent lottery.
Disciplinary Rules
Grounds for Cancellation
  • Providing false information during registration.
  • Spreading false propaganda against WIRSA.
  • Misbehaving with WIRSA management or staff.
  • Failing to pay the annual fee within the stipulated time.
  • Failing to contribute to the Beneficiary Fund three times.
  • Attempting to fraudulently claim scheme funds.

All members are expected to read and understand these rules thoroughly. Ignorance of the rules will not be accepted as an excuse for non-compliance. WIRSA reserves the right to update these rules with proper notice to all members. For any clarification, please contact our support team.
