  • Community Information: Details required to verify your membership within the Muslim community.
  • Family Information: Details of family members required for scheme eligibility.

Your information is used for the following purposes:

  • To process and manage your membership application and account.
  • To verify your eligibility for WIRSA's membership and various schemes.
  • To process payments and contributions securely.
  • To communicate with you about your membership, contributions, and available schemes.
  • To ensure compliance with our internal rules and government regulations.
  • To maintain transparency in our financial and operational activities.
  • To improve our services and your experience as a member.

    Terms of Service

    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By registering for WIRSA membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

    These terms constitute a legally binding agreement. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with proper notice to our members.

    2. Membership Obligations

    • You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
    • You must pay the annual membership fee and any mandatory contributions in a timely manner.
    • You agree to respect community values and Islamic principles.
    • You must not engage in any fraudulent or misleading activities.
    • You must comply with all WIRSA rules and regulations.
    • You agree to notify us of any changes to your personal information.

    3. Payment Terms

    • The annual membership fee of ₹182 must be paid within 72 hours of verification.
    • Contributions to the Beneficiary Fund are mandatory for all active members.
    • Payments are non-refundable 24 hours after a successful transaction.
    • Late payments may result in the suspension or cancellation of your membership.
    • All payments must be made through the approved payment methods only.
    • Any payment disputes must be raised within 7 days of the transaction.

    4. Scheme Eligibility

    • Eligibility for all schemes is subject to the completion of a 6-month lock-in period for new members.
    • Your membership must be continuous and in good standing, without any lapses.
    • You must meet all specific requirements for each scheme you apply for.
    • Benefits are subject to the availability of funds and scheme quotas.
    • WIRSA will verify all eligibility criteria at the time of application.
    • WIRSA reserves the right to make the final decision in case of disputes or unclear eligibility.

    5. Cancellation Policy

    • Members may voluntarily cancel their membership by providing written notice.
    • A refund of ₹132 (after a ₹50 processing fee deduction) is issued for voluntary cancellations.
    • No refund will be provided for involuntary cancellations due to rule violations.
    • Re-joining after cancellation requires a new registration and a fresh lock-in period.
    • Cancelled members forfeit any rights to pending or future scheme benefits.
    • WIRSA reserves the right to cancel any membership for cause, without a refund.

    6. Dispute Resolution

    • Disputes should first be addressed through WIRSA's internal grievance mechanism.
    • If a resolution is not reached, mediation through community elders may be sought.
    • Failing that, disputes will be resolved through arbitration as per the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015.
    • All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
    • The English language will be used for all legal proceedings.
    • Members waive their right to participate in any class-action lawsuits.

    7. Legal Jurisdiction

    • These terms are governed by the laws of India.
    • The courts of Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over all legal disputes.
    • WIRSA is registered under the relevant Indian legal frameworks.
    • All legal notices must be served at our registered office address in Delhi.
    • All legal proceedings must be conducted in the English language.
    • Indian legal precedents and statutes will be applicable.
